The majority of our structures are based on inflatable technology because these systems enable rapid deployment with minimum setup labour. They are also easy and reliable to use. Durability, and the ability to withstand extreme weather conditions are other important factors to many of our clients and these criteria are also met by NIXUS advanced inflatable technology.

Above all, our structures have to be safe, so all our products are tested to the extreme. For example, all our heavy duty inflatable shelters, such as the RIBS and PRO, are tested and proven to withstand wind gusts up to 100kph! The PRO-ELR (Extended Load Resistance) shelter is designed for missions with a snow load requirement of 50kg/m2 in combination with a wind load of 33m/s. Another safety feature is the ability of NIXUS inflatable shelters to suffer an air leak in one support tube without collapse or even significant distortion of the shape of the shelter.
